Sir,

     On behalf of our locality, I, the undersigned, a bona fide resident of Khagra area would like to draw your kind attention towards the pathetic condition of roads in our locality. Most of the roads in the area are full of pits and ditches. We know that before the imminent/ ensuing/ upcoming monsoon there will be some patch work. But it will not solve the problem. Vehicles frequently falter/break down on the road. It causes a great inconvenience to the public. Sometimes/At intervals fatal accidents occur due to the pits of roads.

      Under this above circumstances, I request the favour of your kindly looking into the matter and taking needful steps to repair the roads in proper manner.
