   I am writing this letter to bring in your notice that a courier having DTDC145768 and tracking no. 2738632454 has been dispatched to my address on 10th August,2021. The address on which it is supposed to be delivered is 17, S.G.D.Lane, P. O. Khagra, Murshidabad and from where it was posted was ISDO, Kokata. It is supposed to reach its destination i.e. at my address within 14th August, 2021 but unfortunately it has not reached yet. The courier contains some really important Documents for the official purpose. The tracking no. is showing that it has been stuck in Krishnagar. I have attached the slip which I had received as soon as it was dispatched the courier for your reference. 

    Now I request the favour of your kindly looking into the matter and taking needful steps by letting me know the current status of the parcel and complete the delivery as soon as possible.
