I am doing something = আমি কোনো কাজ করছি (অর্থাৎ কাজটির মাঝপথে আছি, কাজটি শুরু করেছি কিন্তু এখনও শেষ করিনি)।

কখন Present Continuous ব্যবহৃত হয়?

• ১. কথা বলার মুহূর্তে কাজ চললে:
  Please don't make so much noise. I am working. (আমি এখন কাজ করছি)
• ২. কাজটা বর্তমানে চলছে, কিন্তু কথা বলার ঠিক মুহূর্তে হয়তো হচ্ছে না:
  I am reading an interesting book at the moment. (বইটি আমি আজকাল পড়ছি, কিন্তু হয়তো এই ঠিক কথা বলার মুহূর্তে পড়ছি না)
• ৩. বর্তমান সময়ের আশপাশের কোনো নির্দিষ্ট সময়কাল বোঝালে (today / this week):
  You are working hard today. (শুধু আজকের কথা বলা হচ্ছে)
• ৪. বর্তমানে কোনো কিছুর পরিবর্তন বা বৃদ্ধি/হ্রাস বোঝালে:
  The population of the world is rising very fast. (ক্রমাগত বাড়ছে)

💡 নির্দেশনা: নিচের বাক্যগুলোর ফাঁকা জায়গায় (_____) ক্লিক করে সঠিক সাহায্যকারী ভার্ব (am/is/are) এবং মূল ভার্বের সাথে (ing) টাইপ করুন। এরপর "উত্তর যাচাই করুন" বাটনে ক্লিক করুন।
